Defines a Jeopardy 2.0 question tile.

## Signature

- Required arguments: `0`
- Optional arguments: `0`
- Body content: `yes`

## Notes

- Must be nested inside `jeopardy-2`.
- You can either embed an answer using a nested `jeopardy-answer` block (recommended), or write an inline answer using an `Answer:` marker.
